Well, thats a surprise! I have been invited to join the 40k War Zone team and have gratefully accepted. However this means that this blog will no longer be needed.

My Collection

As I stated previously I currently collect two main armies.

Tau

As many (most) people know, Tau recently received a new Codex. This was a much needed update, as, along with new rules, this brought new models. These included the plastic pathfinder kit, which is brilliant. As such my fairly decent size Tau army has been dusted off and repainted.

Eldar

My Eldar army is my main army, and if I do ever game, this is the one I always use. I have always loved the miniatures in the Eldar range as the design aesthetic appeals to me. As such I have amassed a medium sized collection of models. Most models are chosen for the pure looks, however a few have been chosen for their in-game powers or fluff.

My Hobby
I do not game much at the moment. Instead I focus on painting, and to a lesser extent modelling. I do not like win-at-all-costs players, I enjoy creating fluffy(ish) armies that look good when assembled for war.

Welcome to my new blog!

I am a collector of several 40k armies, including Eldar and Tau, and I keep track of many other systems including Dropzone Commander and Warhammer Fantasy. This blog will be all about my personal hobby exploits.

Tomorrow I will begin posting. First up will be some pictures of my Eldar Guardians which I am in the middle of repainting.
